Well Life Clinic was founded by senior GPs. We first launched our ADHD service with Surrey and Borders Partnership to help clear the NHS wait list and have been cited by the national ADHD task force as a model of choice, proudly featuring on BBC breakfast. This is due to quality, standardisation and local integration, alongside a local upskilling of the workforce. We are now rolling out our service nationally to better support patients, clinicians and the NHS.

Anyone aged 18 and over and registered with you (a GP in England), now has a legal right to choose their preferred NHS approved provider for their ADHD assessment. Please download and complete our referral form and send it back to us. We will take care of the rest.

With over a decade of expertise in the assessment and management of Adult ADHD, he has dedicated much of his career to improving the lives of those affected by this condition. For the past six years, Dr. Mudunkotuwe has been a key member of one of the largest NHS services for neurodevelopmental disorders in the country, where he works full-time alongside his role at Well Life Clinic.
