About Well Life Clinic

Well Life Clinic was founded by senior GPs. We first launched our ADHD service with Surrey and Borders Partnership to help clear the NHS wait list and have been cited by the national ADHD task force as a model of choice, proudly featuring on BBC breakfast. This is due to quality, standardisation and local integration, alongside a local upskilling of the workforce. We are now rolling out our service nationally to better support patients, clinicians and the NHS.

Criteria

Anyone aged 18 and over and registered with you (a GP in England), now has a legal right to choose their preferred NHS approved provider for their ADHD assessment. Please download and complete our referral form and send it back to us. We will take care of the rest.

Consultant psychiatrist delivering specialist ADHD care

Dr. Jeremy Mudunkotuwe, is our lead consultant Psychiatrist who has specialised in Adult ADHD. With over a decade of expertise in the assessment and management of Adult ADHD, he has dedicated much of his career to improving the lives of those affected by this condition. For the past six years, Dr. Mudunkotuwe has been a key member of one of the largest NHS services for neurodevelopmental disorders in the country, where he works full-time alongside his role at Well Life Clinic.

Can I sign up to work with you and offer ADHD assessments locally?

Do patients need to pay?

No. RTC ADHD assessments are fully funded by the NHS, with no private fees.

How long will patients have to wait?

Wait times at Well Life Clinic is one of the shortest in the UK.

Are there any age limitations?

Well Life Clinic offers NHS Right to Choose ADHD assessments from adults aged 18 and over.

You’re based in Surrey. Is this available nationally?

Yes, we offer virtual appointments with NHS GPs nationwide.

Can you prescribe medication as well as offering assessments?

Yes we can. We support from consultation and diagnosis through to prescriptions and medication reviews.
