Mooney is a vice-chair of our Primary Care Network and clinical director of transformation at Northumbria Primary Care. He has worked as a GP for over 20 years in Northumberland.

Scaled up primary care and what it can deliver for patients and communities has become a passion of his and in 2018 he successfully supported the merger of three practices to form Valens, a single practice PCN serving 52,000 patients.
