Dr Paul Hamilton is a highly experienced General Practitioner with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. He qualified from the University of Nottingham in 1994 and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.

Dr Hamilton is a Partner at Caterham Valley Medical Practice. He has been a Surrey Heartlands GP Clinical Lead and the East Surrey GP Clinical Lead for Adult and Children’s Mental Health, Children’s Services, Learning Disability and Dementia since 2015. He has significantly contributed to regional healthcare initiatives, serving as the GP Representative for the East Surrey Adult Mental Health Steering Group and the East Surrey Children’s Steering Group. He also chairs the East Surrey Learning Disability Working Group and the Dementia Working Group and has been a GP Trainer since 2014. Paul has received specialised training in the assessment and diagnosis of Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), further enhancing his commitment to comprehensive patient care.

He has clinical interests in Mental Health, Diabetes, Sports Medicine, Dermatology and Child Health.
