Dr. Rakesh Patel qualified from Barts and The London Medical School in 2013. Subsequently, he developed a particular interest in Children’s Health, Metabolic Medicine and Urgent Care. He is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners and serves as the Clinical Lead of Urgent Primary Care at East Surrey Hospital. With his wide range of experience, Dr. Patel uses a holistic approach to each patient, with a keen eye on preventative and lifestyle medicine.

Outside of work, he is a core member of the Outreach and Healthcare Team at BAPS Charities. When he’s not working, he enjoys keeping fit and is an avid cricket fan.
